So when I heard about fashion label, Cup of Daisies – I wanted to find out more… I practically live in a scarf on a daily basis, and often struggle in summer without throwing one around my neck. So, when I discovered this little gem, I knew my summertime scarf solution had been solved.

Charity Support
Cup of Daisies support a selection of chosen charities, and sell their handmade scarves to help raise money, give the public the opportunity to own a bespoke piece of fashion and all whilst looking amazing. Therefore, it makes me want to invest in their brand even more!

The Collection
Made from 100% twill silk. It’s 60 x 60 cm and has a rolled hem.
Lady Red – RRP £20
This print was inspired by the Tenovus Charity, and by the projects developed in the Welsh communities, bringing care, treatment and support to people in need. Includes heroic beautiful women, between bowties and butterflies, revealing a jar with honey. This print has a story. It highlights just how precious it is to be a mum, a wife, and a daughter.
Orange Jungle – RRP £20
Inspired by Noah’s Ark charity. It showcases the dream of a child, with a playful orange jungle that includes elephants, monkeys, parrots, lions and giraffes. Plus, these animals are surrounded by items such as sweets, balloons and toys.
Blue Pineapples – RRP £20
In support of Merlin charity. The charity develop projects in Asia and Africa delivering medical expertise in countries shattered by war, earthquake or floods from emergency to recovery. The print brings together national symbols of all the countries where Merlin currently operates. Therefore each country is represented by either a flower, an animal or a local tasty fruit.
Purple Orchids – RRP £20
The Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) is the chosen charity for this one. They operate in over 120 countries and their relief and development programmes have a clear focus on: disaster relief, community farming, water resources, food aid for mother-child health programs and women’s education. Therefore, this design features native African flowers and motifs and is raising money to provide education for women in Rwanda.
My favourite scarf – RRP £20
This ‘Bird Song’ print inspired by Shelter Cymru charity and by the projects they develop in Welsh communities to support affordable housing for locals. My great grandparents were born and raised in The Valleys in Wales, so my love and respect for Wales is out of this world. This particular print showcases bird concerts in the forest. The work of the charity encourages people to find their forever home, and the print features birds singing, collect branches and bringing them home to their harmonious nests.
Plus,this scarf can be worn as an accessory in the hair, around the wrist and of course, around your neck. I experimented with mine and popped it into my hair to brighten up a maxi black dress. So, I think I’ve found my new favourite summer accessory.
