Many people don’t understand the benefits of having a personal coach or mentor, but you can quite literally transform with coaching – and it WILL change your life for good.
Please note this is a collaboration post.
Life coaching for expats and travellers is something that Andrea Hunt specialises in, and she believes that changing unhelpful beliefs and patterns, empowering yourself with personal growth opportunities will ultimately lead you to a more fulfilling life.
More often than not – it is YOU that stops YOU from being able to achieve the absolute most from YOUR life. So how do you stop YOURSELF from being your own hinderance?

Who is Andrea Hunt?
Andrea Hunt is a supportive motivator as a coach, and personal growth is something that she has personally achieved by overcoming many struggles with relationships, professional goals and challenging old unhealthy patterns in her life.
Andrea helps people to understand self awareness, so they can figure out what’s keeping them stuck in an unhealthy rut, and what emotional needs are not being met in their lifestyles at that present moment too. You can walk away with your head held up saying: “Enough is enough!”.
Andrea has worked abroad in Mexico, Argentina, Italy, the UK, China, Germany and has been a full time expat since 2006 which makes her the BEST for Expat Life Coaching.

Coaching is a very personal experience and choice, it’s something that needs to be right for you. Your coach needs to be someone who you click with immediately. So remember when you explore coaching in more detail to take it step by step, and don’t rush into deciding on what course, or which coach you wish to work with. It’s for your personal development after all….
My Experience
I have never used coaching in this capacity, but I have been assigned a Coach within one of my old job positions, and it was a very positive experience. I had somebody I could go to for one-to-ones and for brainstorming on what next steps I needed to do to progress in my role. So my advice is – if you’re looking for a coach – make sure that you research different coach possibilities, and choose the one that is right for YOU. Schedule a discovery call, talk to your possible coach one on one, and see how you feel after the initial FREE conversation. Consider what you want to achieve from coaching and start from there…
