Well, when I heard that The Bodyguard was coming to Milton Keynes Theatre, I knew it was one that I HAD to go and see.

The theatre production features a host of irresistible classics including Queen of the Night, So Emotional, One Moment in Time, All My Love, Run to You, I Have Nothing, I Wanna Dance with Somebody and of course my all time favourite – I Will Always Love You.
Now to pull off Whitney Houston’s classics – you have to have a rather good voice, and Melody Thornton from The Pussycat Dolls has just that!
The show is based on the hit 1992 nominated movie, which starred Whitney Houston and Kevin Coster. The story involves a Secret Service agent turned bodyguard, Frank Farmer (played by Ayden Callaghan), who is hired to protect superstar Rachel Marron (Melody Thornton) from an unknown creepy stalker.
Melody is absolutely breathtaking, but Nicki Marron (played by Emily-Mae) is the sister of Rachel and her voice is also absolutely amazing. It’s definitely got a few tear-jerker moments too, so take a pack of tissues.
The Bodyguard is up there with one of the best shows I’ve seen at Milton Keynes Theatre – so make sure you book tickets before the tour ends on Saturday 3rd June. Get your tickets here.
