It’s what all of us now carry around as a necessity, whether it be on our faces the moment we leave the house or carried around in our handbags. So I wanted to ensure that my face mask was ethical, but super pretty too.
Victoria Ann is the super talented woman behind the masks, and is a Garment Technologist (so she certainly knows what she is doing with a sewing machine) and a Disabled Designer and Advocate.
Now I’ve spoken with Victoria personally, and her work ethic shines from the moment we said hello. There is such a real passion and her drive is always, first and foremost to help people (which I can relate to and admire in any small business owner).
She says: “Things are weird and new and strange – but that doesn’t have to mean bad, or at the expense of our health, safety and freedom of expression. If we have to wear masks – let’s make them fun! Let’s not destroy the planet making them too”.
Victoria has started as she means to go, everything she makes, paints, draws, designs and sell is made by herself, with love for everyone to enjoy safely.
