Last night we went to see ‘Singin’ In The Rain’ at Milton Keynes Theatre, and it sure made the SPLASH we had hoped it would!

I don’t really know where to start, so I will start by saying if you’ve seen the hit film then you will adore this stage show, but if you haven’t seen the film – you will still adore this show!
It’s uplifting, happy, energetic and everything we need right now!
The show takes the audience back to the 1920s, when the introduction of ‘talkies’ throws Monumental Pictures into a whole new world of musicals, singing, dancing, clapping and just being very theatrical.
The costumes were out of this world, and I wish I could get my hands on some of them. The choreography and up beating dance routines from all the cast including Faye Tozer, Sam Lips, Charlotte Gooch and Ross McLaren were incredible to witness on our local stage.
I would go back again, again, again and again just to witness this incredible performance!
It’s fair to say, we all left the theatre wanting to jump, sing and dance in as many puddles as we could find!
