The ChillFactor is suitable for all ages, including us Mums who want to make a quick iced latte! So as soon as the sun came out today, our ChillFactor made an appearance from the freezer. You can literally make whatever you want in it including smoothies, squash, milkshakes, cocktails, mocktails, fresh fruit juice – and it’s all made in a matter of seconds.
Here are some cute recipes you can try out in yours:
Vanilla Ice Ice Baby
- 1 tsp of vanilla essence
- 200ml of milk
Pour your 200ml of milk into your ChillFactor, then pop 1 tsp of vanilla essence in and squeeze, squeeze and squeeze until you have a vanilla slush. This one is perfect for hot summer days.
Ice-Cream Shake Away
- 2 scoops of vanilla ice-cream
- A splash of milk
Pop two scoops of super soft scoop vanilla ice-cream into your ChillFactor, and a splash of milk – then squeeze, squeeze, squeeze till you have a delicious thick shake to sip on. A great recipe for a weekend treat.
Fresh Fruity Tooty
- 200ml milk
- Chopped up strawberries
- Chopped up blueberries
- Chopped up banana
- Or whatever fruit you like!
Pop all your chopped up fruit into your ChillFactor (make sure it’s not too hard) and then pour in your milk – squeeze, squeeze and squeeze until you have a super fresh fruity tooty drink. This one is a great healthy alternative on a hot summer day.
Latte Love For Mummas
- 200ml milk
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 1 tsp coffee
This one requires a bit of prep – mix your hot water with your coffee and give it a stir. Then get your ChilFactor out of the freezer, pour in your milk, then your coffee mixed with hot water and squeeze, squeeze and squeeze. Once it’s turned slushy your iced latte is ready to enjoy – but perhaps once the kids are in bed and you have some peace.
Once you’ve finished, wash your cup and place the cup back in the freezer for another round whenever you want to go again.
The ChillFactor comes in three neon colours – suitable for children of all ages. Available from SMYTHS for just £9.99.
