Is there anything better than that first coffee in the morning? Due to the warmer weather we’ve been lucky enough to have here in the UK, I’ve been making myself a fresh iced coffee in my Picardie tumblers, and Kin Coffee has been an absolute dream of a roast.
Please note this is an AD and products were gifted, but all views are my own.
Kin Coffee first started in West London, but when the pandemic hit the team had to uproot and go back to the serenity of the Kent countryside. Coffee is everywhere in London, and the team missed waking up in the morning and finding their caffeine fix everywhere they looked, so they decided to take matters into their own hands.
Couple, Greg and Kate then started to order ‘fresh coffee to your door’ and after learning the art of roasting the beans themselves, they decided they wanted to create a coffee that was their own personal blend. They noticed that their potting shed at the back of the garden wasn’t being put to good use, and so hey presto – they started to roast in the back of their garden.
The team at Kin Coffee have three perfect blends – ‘Songbird’ and ‘Earlybird’ and ‘Snowbird’.
Coffee in the morning with…Earlybird
Let Earlybird give you that morning caffeine fix that you dream of. From South America to a Kentish garden in England, this sun-dried medium roast is best known for its natural sweetness. It has heavy hints of chocolate aroma and hints of toasted nuts – all in one cup. This speciality coffee is one you will not forget in a hurry.
Coffee in the morning with…Songbird
These beans are from the deepest part of Peru, and have been sun-dried amongst a high altitude to give you a speciality coffee that is guaranteed to put a smile on your face.
It has a strong distinctive strawberry jam aroma with hunts of ripe tropical fruits and a smooth velvety texture.
Coffee in the morning with…Snowbird
This is the one that I was gifted, and it was absolutely delicious as an iced coffee. 100% Arabica blends which is organically farmed and responsibly traded from La Paz, Honduras.
It tastes like toasted nuts with a hint of dark chocolate, with a citrus finish. A really high quality blend that will have you more wanting!
